The convent is a building with a baroque fa\u00e7ade, with a sculpture of Santa Clara in the centre. The cloister has two floors and is of a classic style.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\"> Its chapel was emptied in the 19th century, and today part of the gilded carvings are in the Alberto Sampaio Museum.
